Delete your account from the mobile app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Mr. Doge mobile app:

1. Open the Mr. Doge app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap your profile tab, then open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the action in the dialog. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Can't access the app? Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us from the address registered on the account:

• support@mrdoge.ai
• Subject: "Delete my account"

Include the email address or username associated with your account. We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, profile picture, username, and password
• Your profile bio
• All comments and replies you have posted
• All likes you have given to comments
• All upvotes and downvotes you have cast on posts
• All follow relationships (the people you follow and the people who follow you)

What is retained

Some content and records are not deleted because they are part of the public timeline of the platform or are required for legal and security reasons:

• Posts (bets and parlays) you have published — these remain visible on the platform but are anonymized and are no longer linked to a personal account.
• Aggregate statistics that have already been incorporated into community rankings and event histories.
• Tax, billing, and subscription records, where retention is required by applicable law (typically up to 5 years for Brazilian fiscal regulations).
• Server logs and security audit records, which are automatically purged on a rolling 90-day window.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your Mr. Doge account does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription. To stop renewals, also cancel your subscription directly in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before deleting the account.
